How long does it take to receive my order? Because our gifts are personalized, most orders are produced within 3 to 5 business days and then shipped, with delivery typically taking another 5 to 8 business days.

 

Can I customize my product? Yes. Most of our products can be personalized with names, photos, dates, or short messages during the ordering process.

 

What is your return policy? Personalized items are made just for you, so we accept returns only for damaged or defective products. Please see our Refund and Return Policy for details.

 

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Order page.
